All programs are skill and ability-based and, as such, each swimmer trains at the level of an equivalent age, ability, skill, dedication, fitness and competitive desire, as well as a love of
the sport of swimming!
Lead up meets are compulsory for those students wishing to be selected in the QGSSSA team. Selection of the QGSSSA team is based on attendance at training and performance at lead-up meets.
