Touch Football is probably the easiest sport to play with your friends. Touch is great for fitness involving short bursts of acceleration. Movement patters include shuffling, stepping and
changing direction-all of which require agility while maintaining good body position.Touch requires skills such as catching, passing, dumping, side stepping, swerving and making touches, all performed while moving across the ground forwards, backwards and laterally within the confines of the field.
